I agree, but the physical standards should be the same for men and women. Either women have to meet the higher standards or the standards are lowered to a reasonable [?] compromise.

Weather or not!

It was also at least -1F/-18C when I got up on the 3rd, Thursday.  Nippy!  Currently 33F/1C.  After a few days of normal temps, it will warm up and melt all the snow.  So far not an impressive winter.
