A short update.

As some know, I was approached by the Arts & Entertainment Editor at the Albany Times Union [a Hearst Paper] to write up 20 questions on The Hobbit. Being a typical hobbit, I gave him 77 questions. 🙂

The editor seemed to be quite happy with the questions I turned in. While it was great fun to do, I will be getting a few dollars for the work. No complaint here. He plans to include a reference to the 3rd Conference On Middle-earth, Part 2 in the article. This is really neat as it is possible, being a Hearst Paper, the article and questions could go out to all or many of the Hearst papers.

I believe, the article will see light of day on Thursday, 13 December, the day before The Hobbit Premiers. Once I get definite information, I’ll pass it on.

I’ll also be posting the questions on the web site once the article is published. None are hard. Have some fun with them.

Have you joined 3rd COME, Part 2, yet? If not, why not? Now is the time to make yourself a present of a membership in the conference.
