Chemo # 4 – Update.

The time between Chemo #3 and Chemo #4 was almost too interesting.  During one stretch I was seeing a doctor 6 business days in a row plus an ER visit on Saturday, the 3rd.

I had my plumbing checked out on the 1st and the stents replaced.  Some problems with my plumbing caused some hassles.  I have now learned how remove a catheter and even do a basic irrigation.  The things one learns.  If interested, let me know and I’ll walk you thru it.

Chemo #4 was on the 5th followed by the shot to boost my White Cell Count.

I also saw the cardiologist, who noted, I do have a heart.  A good thing.  I haven’t heard back about the echocardiogram yet.

I’ve also been effected by the chemo more this round than in the past.  A little bit queasy, but no throwing up.

I see the oncologist on the 21st with Chemo #5 [out of 300] on the 27th.

    I’m sorry for this.

God will get you through it, though.
